I started this discussion to allow the people living in our city or maybe had moved away but somehow a voice inside their head lingers thoughts of what if I said something to make a difference. It might not happen but surely, it will be heard and thought of that you made a voice in our community that made us think, he or she has a point. The discussions in this group focuses on improvements, suggestions, concerns, ideas; a group that can brainstorm ideas that makes life a lot better in Delano.
