Improvements to Downtown

Planners are asking for the people of Delano to be more involved in improving the downtown location. Downtown had changed a little bit with its bricked sidewalk and black seats and lights. It is a step up but there areas that needs improvement in the area. Like many of us that has ideas and plans, we voice them out to have them sit on a shelf to collect dust in the future as we struggle we budgets, and other issues to make our hopeful dreams stand still in time. Well, it doesn't mean we will keep quiet about the improvements.
