- Well ... I was born and raised in Delano ... attended Del Vista Elementary, Cecil Ave. Jr. High (before the time of Middle Schools, lol) and 1994 graduate of Delano High (when it was the ONLY high school in Delano) ... ok now I feel old, lol. I worked for the City of Delano for over 8 years as the Admin. Secretary to th Community Services Director. Served on the Harvest Holidays, Inc. board and helped the Laeno family with Philippine Weekend activities! I attended Delano First Assembly where I was involved with various ministries. I've sang at various events, volunteered at DHS and many other community activities. I was very much involved in the Delano community and enjoyed every part of it. I eventually moved away from Delano to Knoxville, TN in 2003. I currently work at the Corp Office of a company called ImagePoint, Inc. (www.imagepoint.com) on the Chrysler Account. I am not far from the Smoky Mountains, definitely a beautiful area. Most of my immediate family still live in Delano so I do come visit a couple times a year and they keep me updated! :-)
