My name is Meliza from Bakersfield CA. I joined Delanolife bec i wanted to have more friends here. Before when i was in the Philippines my husband used to mention Delano. He said that it is a Pilipino Community and every month of july there is a festival. I cant wait to see that. I hope everyone here welcome me. Pls allow me to be your friend here. May Filipino Christian church sa Delano that I attend every Sunday dito sa Delano. Meet mo si Missis ko, you'll enjoy her meeting her rin.
Kung meron kayung time, minsan may party kami nang mga Filipino just getting together sa bahay minsan. BBQ potluck. Invitahin ko kayu next time...
35 years na yan in the making and every year's festivities is a fiesta that everyone around the community can be very proud of. Daming pagkain and ang entertainment are non-stop. Ako ang president nang Philippine Weekend. I am asking nga sa mga tao who's interested in helping out this year's PW... Kung your husband and you are available minsan para sa meeting at tumulong sa Fiesta. I urge you to come.
Ang fiesta just like in Philippines involves everyone. Para lalong masaya...
