Fifty-one years of tradition may not come this year to Delano due to the current fees that the city charges for parades that was enforced last year. The City charges $1,300 for Cinco de Mayo Inc., Delano Chamber of Commerce, Filipino Weekend Inc., and Harvest Holidays these fees for parades in Delano. I do not feel that an event like the "Kiddie Parade" should be charged these fees since this parade is not as big as these other parades. It is about two blocks long. I feel that it means a lot to…

Every morning, I gather myself to prepare for my commute headed towards Bakersfield. I got my coffee in the mug and in a 35 minutes drive, I am at work.
