March 26, 2008 1:52 PM DELANO (AP) — Two inmates, one of them convicted of manslaughter while driving under the influence, have escaped from North Kern State Prison, authorities said. Guards at the Central Valley facility noticed the two men missing during the prisoner count at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, said Lt. Barry Bolton of the California Department of Corrections.
